CM22201 is a Type 7 COM Express® module based on Intel® Broadwell-DE Platform, Xeon D-1500 family Processors. Pinout is compliant with PICMG COM.0 R3.0 specification.
CM22201 has up to 4 stacked SODIMM sockets (2 stacked on TOP, 2 stacked on BOT) supporting up to 64GB of DDR4 ECC or none ECC memory. High speed Input/Output channel include 24 PCIe Gen3 lanes (up to 8Gbps) and up to 8 PCIe Gen2 lanes, also an integrated intel 10Gb Ethernet controller which supports 2 10GBASE-KR interfaces, relevant sideband signals and NCSI. It provides high speed IO ports, such as SATAIII interface (up to 6Gbps), USB3.0 ports (up to 5Gbps).
CM22201 is equipped with SPI AMI EFI BIOS with CMOS backup supporting remote console through Serial Port, watchdog timer.
With up to 16-core CPU on board, CM22201 provides high performance computing with balanced power consumption. CM22201 works well in a wide range temperature environment. It is ideal for the high-bandwidth and processing -intensive requirements of industrial and edge computing applications.
CM22201 fully complies with VITA59 standard, as defines extra considerations to improve the cooling efficiency by using the entire PCB.
